Do people need an app or an account?
No. Staff use your location’s kiosk link on a shared device, find their name, and clock in or out. You can choose whether to use a 4-digit PIN.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Each location has its own kiosk link and QR code, with attendance kept by location. Multi-location support is included in the Growth plan.
What happens during an emergency drill?
Start a drill for a location and use the attendance list to account for the people on site. Confirm each person safe and keep the drill history. Clock-In supports your emergency procedures; your emergency plan and wardens still guide the response.
Can I collect information and export reports?
Yes. Create forms for employees or attendees, choose the fields you need, and review attendee reports. Export clock records as CSV, or download attendee reports as CSV and PDF.
