Patrol sign-on and sign-off
Each patroller signs on at the tower when the patrol starts and signs off at the end. Start and finish times are recorded per person, so the post-patrol log writes itself.
A patrol log that gets written up after the fact isn't much use mid-incident, and a whiteboard of names doesn't tell you who's actually still on the sand. Clock-In gives surf lifesaving clubs a patrol sign in that patrol members complete on a tablet at the tower: they sign on at the start, sign off at the end, and the club has a live count of who's on the beach in between.

No app and no login for patrol members. The patrol captain and club see the live list, and the same list becomes the roll call if someone needs to be accounted for. Clock-In helps you maintain clear patrol records and supports your club’s emergency procedures — it does not replace your emergency action plan or rescue protocols.

The live view shows everyone currently signed on for patrol. The captain can check numbers before releasing anyone, and spot straight away if someone hasn't signed off.
If you need to account for the patrol — a missing-swimmer callout, a member unaccounted for — switch the live list to roll-call mode and confirm each person in a tap. The muster is timed and saved.
Patrollers tap their name to sign on. An optional 4-digit PIN keeps it accurate. Nothing to install on a wet phone, no club logins to hand out.
Every sign-on, sign-off and roll call exports to CSV for the club's patrol records and any post-incident review.
Keep a tablet at the patrol tower with your club's Clock-In link open. A printed QR code lets patrollers sign on from their own phone.
Each member signs on at the start of the patrol and signs off at the end — one tap each, with an optional PIN.
The patrol captain sees who's on the beach from any device, and switches the same list to a beach roll call if the patrol needs to be accounted for.
